Eliot, what about the score sheet listed on the USPF's site? On the same score sheet with the same credits for one group of meet director, scorekeeper, etc. you have both Coan and Siders listed. This would seem to conflict with one of the criteria you listed. Definitions could be argued from both sides it would seem on this specific matter.
