Spam/Message Delay

Hey Everyone,
Here is the latest. The web dev is working on a solution to the spam problem - it's been a three- fold problem in that

a) the spam fills up the board and

b)the spam that is posted as a reply to a real post automatically generates an email message to notify you (the real poster) that there is a response to your post.
c)the emails generated by the spam cause a LOT of emails to go out creating problems to the people that receive them and also with the web host.

In the short term, the web dev has changed the board settings so that all new messages have to be approved before they go on.

That stops the spam from filling up the board which is a good thing but it also means that in order to approve the good posts I have to weed through the spam posts to find them.

So, until this gets fixed, if you post a message and it doesn't show up within a few hours, it probably means I'm not at my computer or that Garry is Canadian and is somewhere wishing evil on the Raiders. Send me or Garry an email and we'll get it you message approved ASAP.
