Women's Nationals NGB Minutes

I have a general question, regarding the decision to always schedule USAPL Women's Nationals the third weekend of February.

The reason I ask or have concern, is while trying to plan out spring contests with regional hotels. I am continously warned about trying to book their facilities the weekend of Valentines day, since a lot of couples will plan to get married as close to Valentine's Day as possible. Based on this, I feel it really to be a negative thing for Women's Nationals in general. Was this conflict with Valentine's week part of the discussion during either Women's Committee or NGB.

Just wondering if there is a hard cut reason, why Women's has to be the third weekend in February.
