Al, Sorry to hear of your health problems, however, I'm sure you will soon be lifting again. I think the last time I saw you was at the World tournament in St. Louis in 1993. Since then, I've had three small strokes and both knees replaced. Not the man I used to be, but I lifted 505# at 170 before the strokes./ I'm hoping to get back to it soon.Start all overagain. Stick with it yourself. Keep in touch. Good Lifting.
