New bench press rules

Robert Keller just indicated that all proposed rules were passed. I just read the proposed rules. Where does the "no arch" come into effect? The written proposals indicate no such thing-- or at least not directly written into the rules. Is the IPF interpreting that "shoulders" and "whole of buttocks" means a totally flat back?

This really effects me directly as my bench is my weakest lift and for a fat guy- 275er, I have a nice arch to cut the distance the bar travels. I'd really like to compete at 07 nationals and 08 master nationals. On the other hand, I've had my arch since an ADFPA teenager. I really don't want to change my technique after 20 years.
