It's ok. Just ok. Ever since I accomplished one of my lifetime goals of deadlifting 700 in May 2005, I have been a giant slug. No drive, no desire, no mental toughness. I'm hoping to get my drive back somewhat, qualify for nationals, do some fun off season work, and then start training for nationals. Blooding your shins during a deadlift workout and then popping 4 advil after the workout is sometimes not the greatest feeling in the world. However, the satisfaction of lifting and accomplishment is so great. I mean why be an average 38 year old male watching Wife Swap on TV with a bag of doritos when you can be training for the 2007 Men's Nationals?

Seriously, all kidding aside, I am really concerned about the bench press rule changes and the "unofficial" interpretation of arching.
