Hi Dan,

The January Meet (NorCal Winter Classic) will be a 3 lift meet and will also have a BP only.

If you or any of the guys are lifting make sure to check out the post on rule changes etc. As of January 1 some new rules will take effect including the return of the press command (looks like it will be "Start, Press, Rack" and several other things. Most of them will be in the bench but check it all out to make sure.
