In Response To: Rage Bench Shirt (Ryan)

You're just not getting it seated all the way. You realy do have to get it all the way up the arms, shoulders pulled back, and pulled down in the front a bit in order to have it fit right. Could also be the shirt fit.

It does take a bit to figure out but you'll get it figured out.

You really have to work it up the arms to get in your opener.

Once you get it to where you can touch without choking you, then you can get more advanced with holding down the front with the belt and pulling the arms and front panel down. It really is a science to get it dialed in but once you figure it out you will realize it's a pretty simple problem to correct.

If you like you can email me at squatfuquin800@yahoo.com and I can talk you through some of thisa stuff.

Dean
