Putting the genie back into the bottle

I infer that the IPF plans to put the NXG genie back into the bottle. My guess is, next year, the IPF will outlaw NXG fabric starting 2009. From that report, it seems to me that the most, 'advanced' current shirt allowed would be the Phenom.
