You got a pretty good total. Mistakes happen no matter what federation you lift in, don't fall prey to the "I'll never lift there again" syndrome.

It's a sliipery slope once you go there, next thing you know you'll be a card carrying member of the "I'll never lift there as long as Lifter X is lifting there" club.

The only thing I can recommend is that perhaps you have a midol and a good cry. Then get back in the gym.
