Rulebook was handy. I understand the rule as did everyone else.
What do we tell the lifter? Thanks for coming but you can not lift? Does the meet diretor take on the cost of refunding the lifter in both entry money and travel expenses? What if he had no thumb?
What about handicapped lifters that can not keep their feet on the floor in the bench?
I am not being a wise ass these are real questions.
