I am a powerlifter, I have promoted meets, and I have refereed. As a powerlifter if all you have done is lifted try putting yourself in the others shoes! We are ALL human we ALL make mistakes and we ALL have ego's which makes it hard to admit our mistakes! I have made bad calls and I have had bad calls made against me IT HAPPENS! It is easy to point fingers and say "They made a bad call!" or "That meet sucked!" Before you make those comments try to stop and put yourself in the other persons shoes. Everybody needs to be judge, spot, and/or promote just one meet. These are hard THANKLESS positions to be in. Just food for thought! MERRY CHRISTMAS to all!
