Qualifying for Nationals

Mr. Burnell,

Is it possible to qualify for the 2007 Men's Nationals at a March 2007 meet? Also, would the 2007 Nationals qualify you to go to the 2007 World's or to the 2008 World's? I would appreciate any help you can give in understanding this.
