Jason,

Your last paragraph states your opinion and I completely respect that. In my opinion the meets I went to (USAPL) didn't pass sloppy lifts anyway. I think that is the main reason I chose the USAPL to begin with. I don't think the USAPL refs would pass a lift with feet flailing, butt off the bench, and uneven lock out. I did not see that before and I don't expect to see it now. But a lifter's head coming up a little does not constitute the body moving around or flailing.
