Regina,
I have to disagree with you again. I believe that if the head judge gives you the "press"command he is saying that the bar was motionless, paused for the alotted time, and should be pressed. I believe that part of the lift has been satisfied. Whether the bar dips on one side or the head, shoulders, or feet come up, that is the side judges ruling. Not whether the bar was paused long enough or motionless.
