Sioux-z opens her own training facility

Thirteen-time national powerlifting champion and one-time IPF world powerlifting champion, Sioux-z Hartwig-Gary along with her husband and coach Matt Gary recently opened a new strength and conditioning facility in Maryland.

Supreme Sports Performance & Training (SSPT) has EVERYTHING that (almost) any strength athlete could ever want.
