I'll say it varies. I know guys that work up to their opener. Some do just their raw warmups. Some do a speed workout. Some do nothing.

Personally, I do nothing. Rest is the most importnat thing to be at that point. I'm not going to get any stronger at that point. Putting enough weight on the bar to touch in my shirt is going to be taxing. Going light so I don't touch just throws me off the groove. Benching raw that day just doesn't see to offer anything.
