You propose getting advertising money but there are significant barriers. Bodybuilding is practiced in some form or another by hundreds of thousands, maybe even millions of Americans. They represent a significant group of consumers. At the present time, the only people attending meets, even National level meets, are friends and family. Advertisers, other than powerlifting related companies, are wary to enter the market. They see to much risk and a low upside. These are what advertisers have told me directly during discussions. We will continue to pursue advertising dollars but national advertisers may be out of the question. Rob Keller and Lance Slaughter procure most of their funds from local sources. Additionally, a new support system is being developed to provide meet directors with assistance in running meets.
