Women's Nationals- 1 day out!

I would like to thank all of those who are helping out at this weekends meet. I will not mention names except for my wife (Joel)and sons (Austin, Stephen and Ashton) who helped me pack two trailers last night!

This event will be a true team effort with one purpose in mind..........to deliver a quality National caliber lifting experience to all the Ladies who are competing at this event.

Best of Luck to all the Ladies and thanks again to EVERYONE who will have part in helping out at this event!
