In Response To: Hey Reggie (Garry Holmen)

It was a stressful weekend. Keller tried to work me to death before it came time for me to lift. My first squat was so easy, went down fast, hit depth and came over half way up before I had to use any muscle, damn that was a good suit. Came out for my second and was off balance all the way down, knew better than to drop fast, kept rolling back off my heels, finally, I felt backwards and great spotters that they were, they caught me. Third squat, still had balance problems, in the hole one of my knee wraps got loose and flipped around, totaly screw up my forcus. They picked me up. Got the first bench easy, second bench went up half way and stopped, I had also, dinged it on the saftey bars and it should have been a red light anyway. Went up in weight, changed shirts and the third one went up kind of easy. Came out for my deadlift, first one went up but was heavy, second one was off the floor but not to the knee, third one, my coach said squat down, lean back and pull and it would get passed my knees. Well, I did that and that bar was glued to the floor. So I stood up and looked and him and said "You got to be kidding." Then I had to do a drug test on a lifter in another flight and not in my weight class. Which made it a long day. The suits were working great, I do need to tighten them up some. I thought about you when I pulled up the legs. Also, I was refereeing on Friday and Keller comes over to me, leans down and says "You are Evil". See what you started.

By the time the Masters' Worlds rolls around, I'm going to dominate those suits!

Regina
