1. I am NOT a powerlifter. Those people work HARD. I'm just a lazy, bench-only guy. (Mike Wolfe refers to us in the same way as Ann Coulter refers to John Edwards, LOL!)

2. It WOULD be entertaining to watch me squat. If I bet for money (where my motivation would be at its zenith), I think I could squat a good 100 lbs. Also, I trained the DL for 3 weeks and hit 480, with no belt. It was all back, because I was afraid to scrape my shins. (wuss) If I committed, (and went sumo?) I think I could do okay.
