I used high reps because my gym only have 45, 53 and 70lb kettlebells.

Two handed kettlebell swing:
45lb x 30 swings
53lb x 15 swings
70 x 15 swings

I like doing kettblebell swings because it's total body workout(chest, legs, back, shoulders and core). In other words, you are using your whole body to control the dynamic swinging of the kettlebell. Also, it gets your heart rate elevated too.

Hopefully, my gym will purchase 100lb kettlebell, then the swings will be low reps.
