Jason,

Got your email.

It wasn't really that hard once I got the hang of it and where to go to check on names. Some of the paperwork is NOT good. I will have to say that I did not have much trouble with your paperwork. What does really help is to have a clipboard to use when filling out the forms. Jack Marcus had one used at the Wisconsin State Meet in January and their paperwork was great. I used one at our Push/Pull this month and the paperwork was good. One of the problems on over 50% of the paperwork is on the second page, at the top, the donor's name is not listed there. If I have a name at the top and the bottom, then my work will be easier. Make sure the donor fills out the bottom of Page 2 after giving the sample and before the first copy is put in with the sample.

I have run across a few problems and those will be address in the near future.

Regina
