In Response To: Re: Master Age Groups (Lance Slaughter)

Lance,I understand your explaination, BUT...

When i look at the registration for the California State Games in July I see: Masters I (40-49), Masters II (50-59), Masters III (60+), Raw Masters

Therefore, should I assume that there is only ONE Masters weight class (40+...) or will there be three as in the Open division?

Will California State Records still be maintained for both the A & B group within each Masters Category even if the weight class is not contested at this meet?

I presume that since there are a limited number of competitors in the Raw masters age groups you are making the Medal Categories smaller and thus more competitve. I also presume that the medals will be awarded within the broad categories by the Wilkes formula?

Thanks in advance for helping to clarify the accuracy of my assumptions.

Dave
