2007 USAPL PA State Bench & Deadlift State Champio *LINK*

Hey Folks! We are officially under the 30-day countdown to this year’s Single Lift Championships. With just 27 days to the contest and a short 17 days to the deadline, things are shaping up for the meet. May 26th is the Day of Damage!!! If you haven’t made your reservations yet; please do so FAST!!!! There is a special rate of $98.10 per room. Please say that you are with the powerlifting meet. If you have any further issues, ask for Denise Cummins.

Further more, we will have a massage therapist on site. If you have any aches and pains during the meet, please stop by and for a small fee, your problems can be whisked away.
A D.J. will be on hand to Rock the joint!!! If you don’t order a t-shirt with your application, they will be on sale at the meet for $12.00!!! Yep, so check your application out, you may want to reserve one now!!!!

Garage Ink will have their Titan Support Gear and Quest Nutrition Products available. We have also added some new Garage Ink gear to our line up!!!

ER Combo Bench Rack will be on the main platform as well as in the warm up area. Ivanko bar and Kilo Plates will be used on the main platform. The Bar Load program will be used for easy loading and view for all spectators. Texas Power Bars and Troy plates will be used on the 4 warm up areas.

New lifters, remember to bring your knee-high socks if you are deadlifting. If you don’t have them, Garage Ink will be selling them at their booth. You can’t deadlift with out them!!! All lifters must have a current USAPL Membership. Membership cards will be sold at the meet site. The cost will be $40.00 for the card.
