Arnold Classic Bench

Posted By: Chip Tallman

I'm going to go for it!! My plans are to qualify for the Arnold Classic again in 2008. The bench team will have 5 members, 4 men and 1 women. Scoring will be Absolute weight. Selection from the past 2 years ot the Following meets: Any USAPL Nationals, Any IPF competition. I am qualifying for Mens Nationals in a few weeks. I am planning on hitting a qualifying bench at Nationals. Do I need to worry about making weight or just a big bench (Absolute weight?). Thanks, if anyone can help.

Thanks the Inzer for the best shirts and gear period!!!!!
