I have used it, quit, and just bought some more. It's pricey, works for some (me), but not all. I was on it when I passed my USAPL drug test last June.
It makes me very alert, (quicker?) without a caffeine buzz. I have to believe it would be awesome for anyone working the overnight shift. My training and competition (raw then) went very well with it.
