I've used it. It does seem to help me a little bit with the large neurologically demanding lifts like squat and deadlift. I didn't notice a big difference with my benching (but then again my bench is bad to start with). For the price, I'm not sure it's worth it, but it did help a little. I also passed more than one drug test while taking it so that shouldn't be a concern. Hope this helps a little.
