My training partner always looks like he is holding the bar but he really isn't. He has been lifting off for me for over 20 years. I know even a little touch will help. The side spotters are people pulled from the gym so I would rather be safe. Lots of good advise and I appreciate it. Also, here is my #600 from last year.
