Nope. I was going to lift at Tommy's meet but I tore a hamstring running wind sprints at soccer practice... .my daughter's soccer practice. Yeah... stop laughing.

So, Its been ice and advil and not a lot of lifting. It's actually better now. I could run full speed this weekend with no pain and cut and kick and I'm going to pull today and squat friday and see how it goes. I'm going to do a meet in January or February and then head to Killen in May.
