Gym lift

I have been hitting a full range lift twice a week in my single Ply Rage X. This is along with my normal workout. The shirts really hold up great!!! I do need a smaller size but have been working with this shirt for several singles. I am getting used to the tecnique and the pauses are pretty easy. The only thing is when someone says Start, Press or rack. I do so. LOL. Here is my #640 from today. Not really easy but I dont think it's too bad.

Thanks for any help, advise and criticism.
