Sorry, but there’s more to USAPL in our state than just Brad Madvig.

There are a lot of other members involved besides him. I understand Brad has done alot, but there are things like the state records where he needs to step aside and let other volunteers help. Records don't seem to be one of Brad's strengths so why not give up some of the workload to another volunteer who can do it more efficiently and let Brad concentrate on those things he does best at. That's the problem. Brad is trying to do everything. People like Cheryl are stepping up to help and then get shit on. For what?

I think most people would say thank you for taking these records on and keeping them straight, but some don't seem to understand that. Cheryl can do a great job at this. She has already proven it.

She is upset by having this taken from her after all her hard work in 5 months. So sometimes things can be taken personal when we're talking about a volunteer sport. No one is getting paid here and that's why its more than business. Powerlifters do take certain things personal when their integrity and hard work is questioned.
