Thanks for the comments. My workout is layed out in detail below under "This is what I do". I still train for 2 ply meets mostly but throw in the single ply singles every week. I am still reluctant to give up a #700+ bench. I noticed you being high in the ranks in the Top 20. Nice job. You have a great bench at #220 and I hope you keep rising to the top. I think the WPO stuff really helped me out. I do a lot of board work in my shirt. My best Full is #755, 1 brd #815, 2 Br #855 and 3 brd #905. Even with my USAPL Max in the #600's it really feels light, it just doesn't came up as good. LOL.
