www.squatprecision.com detects legal IPF depth.

Last month I introduced a new product to USAPL forum, and I greatly appreciate the comments and feedback. I would like everyone interested to take time and view the newest video at:
www.squatprecision.com and view the UPDATED video. I respect both IPF and USAPL to the point I changed the previous video " Seeing is believing " to the " IPF legal depth ". The first video at the site had the Squat Precision device as high up on your upper leg as possible ( the webbing / strap was positioned in the crotch ). This was intentional to show that when a lifter went a mere fraction below parallel, you would get a loud BEEP alert. However, if a lifter is required to squat to IPF or USAPL legal depth, then the device needs to be moved down to approx. mid thigh. This can be accomplished by slowly moving the device from the top of the knee - slowly toward the upper thigh, then the second the device beeps, have a training partner cinch the strap. Then stand up, and cinch the strap securely and make a mental note of the new location of the device. It will now be positioned somewhere near " mid thigh ", and will require a deeper squat to get a BEEP alert. Once a lifter has went through the above procedure, they will be able to consistently hit a mere fraction below their Federation's legal depth - whether its IPF, USAPL or any other Federation. Enjoy this new video, demonstrating a fraction below IPF legal depth at www.squatprecision.com The goal is to help all lifters increase their one max rep by learning to squat just below their legal depth. Other videos showing just below parallel squats can be seen at www.youtube.com/benching341 Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
