In Response To: Unusual amount of bombouts at BP Worlds? (Greg Stephens)

,,,the number of bombouts at the World's is hard to understand.

There was no wholesale number of bench bombouts in Taiwan last month. They lifted under the new rules.

Some may hint about the mean old judges at the world's, but could it be that a number of lifters showed up still unsure of what their foot positions should be, or other position factors? Didn't they have ample time to adjust since the new rules were announced?

Rich E has a point about the shirts, but I can think of no excuse for not having adjusted one's
position to conform to the new rules long before the meet starts.
