I don't care what the awards are, but there needs to be less of them.

When everyone goes home with an award, its a joke. We are adult athletes, is it really necessary for EVERYONE to feel like a winner?

I've always believed that you can't have a winner unless there is also a loser.

I've never been to a meet where I didn't receive an award. Hell, in 1996, I went to a local meet that was giving awards to the top ten placings. I placed 11th and they gave me an award anyway.
