Each men's team can have 10 lifters across the 10 weight classes, with no more than two in any class. I don't know the specifics of the team selection process this year (i.e., whether anyone had to decline a nomination from the classes you mention), but the team did have a full compliment of ten lifters, including two in a couple weight classes (82.5 and 100).
