SOUTHERN OHIO PL and BENCH CHAMPIONSHIPS *LINK*

There is about a week left to submit your entries for the IV annual Southern Ohio Powerlifting and Bench Press Championships. The location is the Neo Limits Fitness Center in Centerville Ohio. It is a great facility. We will have electronic meet scoring from Cathy and Joe Marksteiners. Big “G” Gary Kanaga will provide his expertise as meet announcer. This meet will have a RAW division under the new USAPL rules of “no knee wraps”. This is a great meet for a beginning level lifter. Come on out and have some fun.
