Eric,
How do you cover costs with a $35 entry? With drug testing at 75 bucks a pop and shirt and award costs being what they are I'm interested in your strategies.

Interested in lowering cost to lifters while not losing my shirt.

"If I am lucky I walk away with $100-200 most of that goes back into new equipment."

That's another factor that people forget. Most of the time, you're going to be pouring money into the next meet. I remember that I had just bought a bench when the rule about adjustable uprights came into being. Had to buy a new bench again. I bought a Serpa, which has held up well, but cost me about 800 bucks plus truck freight from Texas to CA. Yikes. IIRC the freight was about $450. OUCH.

I saw a cool looking lights/loading board set up in the IPF magazine too... wonder how much that is? LOL. Might try to make one of those.
