Do not try to run a meet at this cost!!
Lots of donated help and some sponsors.
The reason I do it is $35 entry+$15 HS membership= $50. It is tough to ask high school kids more then this.

I did not do shirts this year. But I have both given shirts away (I had a guy doing cheep shirts for about $4) and I sold them at cost as well one year.

I have also used the smaller USAPL medals the last three years, though they are not great the kids seem happy with them.
