Powerlifting Seminar *LINK*

Matt Gary and Sioux-z Hartwig-Gary will be holding a Powerlifting and Strength Seminar on September 29, 2007 from 10 am to 5 pm with an hour break for lunch.

The seminar is geared toward lifters and strength atletes of all abilities.

Niko Huslander is a sponsor and will be on hand with Titan gear and more. He is also a great help on sizing the gear.

Captain Kirk Karwoski will also be attending the seminar and will have DVD's and posters available.
