I asked about it on several boards and this is what I came up with in terms of results - it's not exact because some replies were not what I'd call "clear" and a few were replies to other people but it's pretty close:

1) medals - 15 votes

2) TIE - sculptures - 10 votes (and small,easy to travel with was mentioned)
2) TIE - swords, axes - 10 votes

4) Plaques - 5 votes

5) TIE - Trophies - 3 votes
5) TIE - Certificates - 3 votes
5) TIE - Photos of lifter - 3 votes

TIE - all of these had one vote:
gear ( I have seen this done and it's generally well received)
poster of me (only one vote??)
wrestling belt
firearms
grenade for people that bomb out
2 other suggestions that I'll just leave as "other"

Maybe this will help another meet director out.

Looks like the Nor Cal will have big USAPL medals and Swords/Axes for Best lifters.
