I have several Rage X shirts, from loose to "to damn tight". I have a couple competion shirts and several warm up and gym shirts. The tighter the more it hurts.

The shoulder was starting to heal, then I hurt it again doing tricept pushdowns with a straight bar.

I don't like to take pain meds before benching. I want to know it hurts. If I can't feel the pain then I will push to far and really tear it up. My doctor says to keep benching and when I really tear the whole thing up, he will fix it. He knows what I do and is very supportive. If I have surgery now, I will be out of competion for about a year and at my age, how much can I regain? Who knows, women my age don't do what I do. I am the oldest women with an IPF ranking for full power and bench.

I am interested in hearing from other lifters on this problem. The one thing I won't listen to, is stop benching and lifting!
Regina
