Maybe every other week change it so you dont involve the shoulder as much.

week 1)
raw boards or full range if you can take it and it doesnt hurt too badly.

week 2)
put a shirt on and do some board presses. Add some chains to the shirted boards sometimes to work on the lockout power.

*you can also change your grip around to accomodate your injury. I know you know this.

I have an older brother that cant do full range stuff and he worked with the boards and felt pretty good.
