In Response To: Re: new bench rules? (Jason "Megathrust man" Burnell)

I havent seen many bad bench injuries. Thumbless or not. I have seen bars drop on bellies but each time they walked away.

I have seen a bad squat injury. Is it also because of equipment? that scares me more than anything.

People keep trying to limit the bench shirt and want to make new rules to hold back progress but nobody is talking about squat suits.
