the thing with squats that scares me is knees blowing out etc or legs snapping and stuff...luckily I haven't seen any of that. Saw a kid dump the weight over head and land on his head cause the spotters were napping.

I almost put 396lb on my throat when I touched too high on my chest (BP obviously) the spotters caught it as it touched my throat...scared the stuff out of me. I was not happy that they didn't catch it sooner but at least I didn't get decapitated.
