Coming from the software industry a system is only as good as the data coming in. A successful implementation can only occur after the data entry issue has been addressed. Once the data starts coming in in a uniform format then everyone should start seeing results.

The finger pointing in my belief should be at the EC (Or whatever the main board is called. Please excuse my ignorance here) to use their muscle to enforce some sort of uniform format.

I'm just as frustrated as every other member. I just hope that the right people in the right positions understands what needs to be done to get this finished and then makes the push to do it.
