You can get a bottle for $10 from T-nation.com. Have you taken it RDC? It helps me sleep and that alone is worth it, plus there is other evidence that it increases my test levels.

There are studies that say it increases free testosterone. Almost all athletes are defficient in zinc and magnesium. Zinc is essential for proper hormone production.

Zinc and Magnesium are also low on the bodies "pecking order" for absorbtion (if present the body will absorb other minerals first and you may end up excreteing the zinc and magnesium before you absorb it). That is why you take ZMA on an empty stomach right before bed. Or if you consume protein right before bed, you take it an hour before that last meal and don't take it with milk or anything with calcium (calcium blocks the absorbtion of the zma).

Like I said, it works well for me and it is super cheap compared to some of the other test boosters. It is totally safe and totally legal. The choice is yours though...

Jerome

you can go to t-nation and do a search for more info on zma
