In Response To: world meet? (Mike Schwandt)

There is no record in the results of a Jimmie Espinoza, Jim Espinoza or James Espinoza at the 2009 Men's Open, Teen/Junior Nationals recently held in Denver. To clarify, what USAPL national championship are you referring to?

Three world powerlifting teams (Sub-Junior, Junior and Open) are selected, in part, from these championships. Coaches for these world teams will notify eligible lifters directly if they are selected to be on the team.

World team members for the Sub-Junior and Junior teams are selected from a pool of weight class and age group winners at High School Nationals, Collegiate Nationals and Teen/Junior Nationals.

The Men's Open World team is determined by the weight class winners competing as part of the Men's Open National Championships.
