Dear Mr Bridges,

It was great to meet you in Germany.

I have read your comments about using wraps with great interest.

At 51 I am naturally intrigued about your comments insofar as they relate to the use of wraps as a means to promote knee health through heavy training.

I now train the squat without wraps mainly because I find the new generation wraps to be so severe.

However, on the basis of your comments I will now definitely reconsider the wisdom of squatting unequipped every workout.
